Detailing is a sequence, not a product. These are the principles that decide what happens to a car in our care — and the reason the quote comes before the appointment.
Six principles
Applied to every vehicle, at every level of work.
A small car with light soil and a large car that has been neglected both end up clean. Only one of them is straightforward. The standard does not change — the amount of work does, and that is what the quote reflects.
Read the surface first
Paint, leather, alcantara and glass each respond to different work. Nothing is touched until it has been assessed under proper light and the surface is understood.
Decontaminate in order
Loose soil, then bonded fallout, then the surface itself. Cleaning out of sequence is how swirls and marring are created in the first place.
Correct only as far as needed
Paint has a finite amount of material. We remove the minimum required to reach the result you asked for, and we say so when a better result would mean thinning the finish.
Protect what has been corrected
Correction without protection is a wasted appointment. Every result is sealed so the finish holds between visits.
Treat the interior as a material problem
Different fibres, different hides, different screens. The right chemistry and the right amount of moisture, never a single product applied to everything.
Inspect in daylight
The final walkaround happens in natural light, at your address, with you present. We do not consider the work finished until it holds up there.
What we decline
A standard is only real where it refuses something.
- No drive-through brushes and no automated wash tunnels.
- No cutting back paint further than the result requires.
- No dressing an interior to hide what has not been cleaned.
- No hidden line items appearing after the work is finished.
Approval & quote
Nothing is confirmed until you approve the quote.
Your requested date and time start as a request. When we have looked at the vehicle details you sent, we return a quote for that car. Only once you approve it — and we confirm the appointment against the diary — does your slot become a real booking.
